![starting a soft dieta with honey made for the queen bee was not on my 2026 bingo card, yet here i am.. it’s white as snow and they warn you not to take more than a finger tip dip each day. too strong. said to bring the immune system into perfect balance.. heal the body in mysterious ways.. and evolve you from inside the soul.. say the tribes people here. i was asked to keep them in the loop on how my diet goes. hoping it transforms me into a queen bee 🐝

also wasn’t expecting to be gifted a scobi to make kombucha.. but how could i say no to a scobi that’s been living in the sierra nevada for 15 years? the most ecologically diverse area of the second most ecologically diverse country in the world? only after brazil.. which is 6 times the size of colombia. by square meters.. colombia is number one most ecologically diverse country in the world.
