PS life update : so bananas how i decided to decentralize soluna medicines as my main source of income and somehow .. it is bloooming. i am so thankful to everyone who has booked with me for mentorship calls, kambo, and soft dietas the last couple weeks. you have no idea how much it inspires me to keep going! My cup runneth over.. so now i may pour into you. You make how hard it is to do my work sometimes worth it a thousand times over. It’s like constantly visiting the under world and needing to be a ninja warrior of light! Thank goodness I’ve trained for this 😉Thank you, thank you, thank you. So proud of school of you all.. you are welcome to keep reaching out whenever you feel i might be able to help you or connect you to someone more equipped to do so❤️

Nugget was Sunshine’s bestie for 13 years. [ @thesunshinegroup ] The past 3 years i’ve known Brandon it was at first strange.. then endearing.. then i finally understood how much he loved that lil goldfish and why. proud to be your step-mom.. no one could ever do it like you, queen!

I painted nugget last week as a gift to my sweet Brandon.. rest easy nuggs. i know you’re swimming and making bubbles in fish heaven.

soluna medicines is coming to an end (no I’m not transitioning to DJing I was just goofing on my manz rig).. and I’m not sure what that means for my work or lifestyle.

I have worked for myself as a healer, retreat facilitator, mentor for 7 years now. The medicine woman in me will never go away.. I am so alive in this role.. but having healing work as my main source of income and daily focus is starting to not feel right and frankly.. boring me.

Life is short. I want to offer my magic through more art, theatre, mystical creative experiences that are connective and ritualistic without being so focused on “healing”.

I have decided to follow through on creating a program for women recovering from and processing pregnancy loss. That feels right. Please reach out if you or someone you know would benefit from participating in that.

I’d also like to keep taking on mentorship clients.. I love doing that work with y’all. 1:1 space holding is so jazz. Y’all inspire me. Please keep coming to me to teach, witness, guide. I got you.

I will always serve anyone who asks Kambo. I believe in that frog like nothing else.. of all the plant medicine I’ve done Kambo is the only one who I trust with my whole being (and vision quest but there’s no substances involved there).

I feel a rebrand coming.. where medicine work is a part of what I do somehow but not my day in and day out focus. I’ve been feeling this since April. I’ve been having an identity crisis.. who am I without soluna medicines? I’ve finally accepted that this is happening. I can’t ignore the winds of change anymore.

So I apologize in advance if you expected me to be someone or to hold more kambo trainings or you wanted to sit with me for Aya.. or go to the jungle with me…I don’t know when those things will happen again. Some for sure will but it will be sporadic and less often moving forward. These experiences will likely shift to my closer nonpublic community.

I’m so grateful to my work, man. It is the guiding light of my life. Working for yourself is bananas. I bow to all entrepreneurs trying to bring their love filled visions into the world. Someway, somehow, we persevere! Xx

My vision quest was so vast, so challenging, so mystical, so.. what even was that? so increíble.. that i can’t imagine deducing it to a post or two. this prayer and initiation of the lakota // mishixa tribe is profound. ooooold. ancestral. elemental. sacrifice. wisdom..

i’m so excited to keep studying this walk. i’m excited to have begun my training to pour temazcals (sweat lodges). something that will take atleast 3 more years.. likely more.. as it should. i love walking slow and gathering my skills as a medicine woman through years of deep study with teachers and elders. so grateful to each one that has touched my life. i love walking through these initiations for myself and finding out through patience and integration the diamonds in this work.

i’m so proud of myself. i’m so … full of life and gratitude and silliness and ….. 12 other feelings all at once …

i will say that on day 3 (out of 4) of no food or water or shelter or anything but myself… i was like “damn i’m the craziest person i know why am i like this” lol..

i don’t fully know how to explain what i went through on the mountain.. or how to express how good this was for me physically, spiritually, + emotionally

what i do know is this man pictured was there to help me pack my car and coordinate everythingggg, fill my home with food and love for my return.. and has been here to start hearing my stories, gently opening the space for me to unpack all this… so gentle like you always are with me..

this is my bestfriend, my team mate , my love.. together we are growing up.. moving into the next phase of life.. for both of us.. so much change and mystery..

thanks for coming to me on the mountain and laying next to me the night of the eclipse (as a vision). i felt your hands touch my face like they do.. and tell me you love me completely.. something i can’t remember anyone else ever gifting me. thank you brandon. thank you vision quest.

i hope to find a way that feels good and true to share more about my vision quest experience.. i want to uplift this work and those doing it. let’s see what happens. i’m looking forward to it.
