last weekend i trained 6 kambo loving humans to serve themselves kambo! congratulations to each of you :)

if you swipe you will see some clues of what my 31 page workbook for this self-serve kambo training looks like. [next training is october 16-17-18, reach out to learn more]

this workbook includes a 30+ question quiz that we go over on the last day (with frog stickers being handed out) to make sure everyone goes home with all the information that you need to feel confident in your ever growing connection to kambo.

this training is a 25 hour training and you must have sat atleast 7 times with kambo before the starting date of training. there is an application and screening process.

you must also read a book before coming (our required reading!)

i am interested in teaching in a way that integrates western and indigenous wisdom.

i am interested in having open, honest discusiones about what it means to carry medicine for yourself.

i am curious in how my life will change when my patients no longer need me to access kambo but instead i help yall have your own meaningful, deep, respectful relationship to kambo.

there is nuance to this work.. not all you see in the workbook is as it appears. we talk for hours about kambo and how to carry this medicine with intent and knowledge.

*** i will be organizing a training to train you to SERVE OTHERS ! the self-serve training will be step 1.. and you will serve only yourself for a minimum of 6 months. then you can come to a 5-day training to train others. i’ll have details out for that within a month!! woooo **

I brought to life a vision i had during my first night of aya when i opened my dieta in April. In my vision I swam down the amazon river and found a secluded lagoon. I became a water dragon serpent and swam in perfect bliss. I was water.. water was me.. and I was at one with the world. Oxum, yemanja, and oxumare all moved through my scaled and winged body. I was and am magic. Dragons have become increasingly present in my life these last 3 years. They love amongst us ;)

Thank you @keelia.ryan and @inkdog for your artistic contribution. Keelia helped me sew onto the sails and cut fabric for hours. Becca created the cardboard base for the dragon head for a project I put together last year (shoutout Elemental Existence!)

Actually all the fabric is upcycled from Elemental Existence.. a festival and ritual theatre devoted to celebrating the elements. This was a living work of art + liiiiit party i put together centered around a play i wrote, directed, and stared in last summer.

Thank you to my honey @thesunshinegroup .. Brandon came along and helped me make sure the dragon was maintained, taken care of, and taken down properly throughout / after the fest. We will be at Lunaburn in a few weeks with this install.. and some additions.. come say hi to us there and meet this water dragon .. you might even catch a music set of ours if you be blessed hehe💦🐉😛🥳

Thank you ayahuasca for the endless gifts you give me. Including the inspiración to create art and make music. You are the reason I am able to step fully into this human experience and not a day goes by where I don’t remember you!

threw a private festival for my birthday because i am the most extra person i know. my friends performed in a cabaret with the theme being : darkness turning into light and love reinging over all. yall are goooood.. wowww.

my beloved wrote me a song about our love for me as a gift. its my new favorite song. i am touched.

i totally cried because i had the birthday blues .. i remember that feeling as early as 8.. birthdays can be weird. thank you to my friends who will go to the lowest of lows and highest of high places with me. i keep learning how embraced i am.. and it’s an honor to embrace you in return.. love is real!

many of my friends children came to spend the daytime with us. they did so great! kids are a trip. i’m grateful to live in a multigenerational community. and thank you to all those cuuuuteee dogs. it was dog city lol

i danced for maybe 5 hours straight on saturday night. yesterday (sunday) my love and i went to the river and prayed. we seem to laugh all day together. my best friends crossed state lines to get to me. i had 3 people make me cakes. yall really have out fine yourselves. gifts upon gifts.

this weekend inspired me to love harder and control less. each of you has walked me well through the threshold of the 30’s..

i am now 30 years of age.. a decade i’ve heard good things about. i’ve been in contemplación about leaving behind my 20s. i’m so ready.

simply thank you to everyone <3 including those who couldn’t join but who’s love we share is bright. thank you to the earth, music, art, creativity, food, fire, water, prayer, medicine, magic, love. 💓

So glad you asked, friend. To start.. a core belief I hold as a medicine carrier and curandera is that my responsibity to my people is to make sure no one becomes dependent on me or the medicines. It is my souls desire and duty to instead teach those who feel the call to heal, initiate, and whole themselves. This includes not gatekeeping medicine or traditions when appropriate and once given the right permissions. During my time in the jungle of Peru Dec 2025 I was given the blessing by indigenous people of the amazon to begin training to serve kambo.

Kambo is a medicine that works best with múltiple sessions. It is able to heal and manage different chronic illness and life long sicknesses. This is most possible with a consistent, long term relationship with kambo. I seek to make it possible for you to safely and respectfully access kambo on schedule that will be most supportive to your individualized desired protocol (which during training i will help you decide upon).

When given permission.. after 5 years of serving kambo to train others.. I felt this blessing land in my own heart straight from the jungle into my own spirit. As I said, I work with many people who would greatly benefit from have more economic and consistent access to kambo. I see many people who are ready to carry kambo on their personal altar. Many of my patients and friends relationships with kambo is STRONG. This is a natural next step for many of you.

I feel well equipped and inspired to begin expanding this blessed circle and way. I invite you forward. We’ll talk more when we see eachother at training! I am open to more questions on my intent. All my love..

the awesome thing about integrity is that when you know with your whole being the reason behind each step you take, respect yourself, and are able to hold loving forgiveness when you make mistakes.. and watch yourself learn & change from them.. you feel deeply confident in who you are and love yourself sooo deeply.. from a place of emotion and right action (how you treat yourself + others).. everything just seems to fall into place. harmony surrounds you. things just line up for you.

i cried pretty hard this morning. i am ready to be home. i’m about to get my period and i miss my dog and my friends. i have been very anti-social + in solitude since my dieta.. hardly talking to anyone and spending days on end alone. i’m ready to get back into my day to day life! i’m ready to work in-person!

the awesome thing about having a good relationship with your emotions is i embrace them as they arise and i listen to them. i welcome them like a beloved visitor. then i collaborate with that emotion and respond as necessary. when it’s time.. with anger, sadness, joy… whatever.. i let it go without (tooo much of) a struggle. life is fluid and through my emotions awareness i let it move me and move through me. i wish this for all people, as this is a skill that ive been practicing for years that has deeply improved the quality of my life.

this is what taking the time to get to know yourself gets you:

- better relationships
- a more even temperament
- vibrant health
- more laughter
- self-respect
- a sense of prosperity + abundance (money, time, experiences are all richer)
- a mind that is your friend and works with you instead of dominates you
- more beauty + more freedom.. on the inside and out

i bow to these last 3 weeks in perú.
i’m ready to come home and relax into new england for the summer… i prepare to leave with so much gratitude. i’m humbled. this was nuts lol as me and keelia always say “why are we so crazy?” cause damn wow i never could have imagined this way of life. wouldn’t change it for the world.

i love the amazon jungle. i have many dreams where i’m a mermaid or serpent swimming in the amazon river. this river is what ill miss most.
