i have been serving kambo for 4 years now. I organized a group to come down to the jungle of Peru and learn how to serve kambo last month because I want more well trained people to have access to and be able to give/receive this medicine. Kambo has transformed me.. inside and out.. healed my gut, cleared candida, calms my autoimmune disease, cleared my skin, calms my nervous system, and fills me with life force. Kambo has taught me how to live in good relationship to my body.. not only in ceremony but through diet and exercise.

i sit with it 1 to 3 times per month. sometimes i don’t sit for 3 months if my body says no. Many of you come to me very often to work with kambo.. I know it can get expensive and time consuming to come to my community sessions or book private ones.

I offer this training with the knowing that some of yall are ready to learn to sit in your own space & energy. Yeaaaaaaah!! I am ready to train you.

There is an application process and prerequisites for this self-serve training. You will not recieve the blessing from me to serve others. Later this year a few kambo friends of mine and myself will be offering an opportunity to train to serve kambo. stay tuned 😘

This training will emphasize indigenous wisdom. Less science, more nature based knowledge. We’ll still get into it all.. my sweet nerds 😘

Last video is of me a month ago in Iquitos, Peru at a monkey sanctuary where the monkeys roam free. This girl hopped on my leg for a ride :-)

I am about to hit 12 weeks of travel. I had been planning this trip for many moons and originally thought it would be 6 months.

Then the vet told me my dog wasn’t prepped to fly and so i cut my trip in half. The hardest part of everything has been being without her. I have had dreams of her coming to find me in my travels, dreams of her crying out in sadness for me, and waking life sensations / visions of her laying next to me.. i’ve had the feeling of us thinking of eachother. longing to be reunited.

Everything about the trip changed when i couldn’t bring Toph. It made me more mobile. I originally was going to rent an apartment and stay in medellin, colombia with her.

Instead I have been to maybe a dozen towns and cities and natural sites without her.

Along the way I have lost important and special items (😢), gotten bedridden type sick, cried with heartfelt sadness, gotten into conflict with some of my travel companions, been lost with no service for hours, had to change my plans on the drop of a dime, drained my savings $$$, and had to be alone for days on end several times.

Along the way I have laughed so hard I couldn’t breathe, become bilingual, studied with different tribes and elders, written 2 new songs, made maaaanny new friends, eaten the best food, seen the absolute most gorgeous things, i vision quested, i’ve camped.. hiked.. danced.. traveled with one of my bestfriends, had lovers take me on their motorcycles through mountains covered in flowers, relaxed & enjoyed, did so much yoga, upgraded my entire wardrobe, healed parts of myself that i wasn’t sure i ever would be able to touch.

i am in real time practicing the art of welcoming everything. patience. arrival to the present moment.

i feel strong and with a deep, vibrant love pulsing from me.

i feel very complete. i finished this painting today. watercolor paints and some gel pen.

nothing is ever wrong and when we embrace the moment that is we can always find the gift. God is good. I am Good. Life is Good.

vision quest, montaña, familia.. you were so good to me. jungle of colombia. solitude, silence, intuition. heart wide open. walking the red path. pure life. thank you, thank you, thank you.

thanks to the friends who i can talk to for hours in spanish. entering 2026 able to say im bilingual! (with more to learn of course)

it took me 3 years to learn spanish! spanish was my first and only language until i was 5. then when i began kindergarden i refused to speak it for 21 years because i was raised as a minority in a white town amongst euro-centric people who made fun of me for being brown and speaking spanish. i also felt insecure in general standing out, as kids naturally do. i internalized racism and rejected my immigrant heritage. i straightened my hair every single day (can u imagine!!), denied my latin body shape, chose not to learn about my culture and decided to forget my mother language.

when i was 26 (during my first visit to colombia ever) i decided i would relearn spanish.. ive been chipping away at it ever since. feeling confident speaking spanish was one of my top prayers for this 3.5 month trip in latin america. i can check this goal off my list :))

i have not taken any classes. i have learned totally through immersion in spanish speaking countries and listening to + singing spanish music every single day for 3 years.

I am very pleased and proud to say i can have a conversation with anyone about almost anything! i’m also proud to say im starting to read my first book in spanish.. the fourth harry potter after reading the first 3 in english :) reading and writing is actually harder for me than speaking. the learning continues.. always!

i couldn’t do it without all the folxs who have been patient with me over the years while i ask questions and stumble on my words. id also like to shout out the amazing spanish music i have found and played on repeat for years. grateful.

— i held a sloth!!! the sloth boy is free to roam. there is a family in a remote village who rescued him as a baby when his momma died. they let him live outside and nurtured him until he was old enough to be on his own. the bottom floor of their home has no windows.. now that he is grown up he chooses to move freely between outside and inside the home. he likes people and is very calm. he was so dopey and relaxing to be around.

— the shipibo cloths and clothes you see are woven by the ayahauscera Loti.. one of the shamans who we worked with at Jah Selva. She drinks aya and then sews her visions into the tapestries. She makes all sorts of art including incredible music.

— I forget the name of the tree i am touching in that photo but it is said to be a tree of luck and the say you should make wishes at the tree. so i did :)

The Amazon Jungle fills me with life. This was beautiful, hard (HARD), fulfilling, magical, and more than I could have asked for. I am filled with life. With love. With light. I can’t wait to share what I have learned with my community and bring home medicines for all to enjoy, heal, connect, and pray. Here’s to more life. More jungle.

This time in the jungle was a kambo immersion where we were trained to serve kambo in 100% indigenous Peruvian & Brazilian ideology and method. We went out into the deep, uninhabitable jungle at night 3 times (once for 6 hours) to search for kambo.

The shamans said our group needed more aya, so we ended up sitting two more times than originally planned. they gifted us ceremonies because they said they wanted to help us heal and clean to the next level. They did.

The shipibo are doctors of the soul. They performed more than healings for us but surgery. With trust and the right people anything is possible. Thank you.

I have never stayed so close to the amazon river. We were staying ontop of it on a home on stilts.

The internet is not the place to talk about what really happened here. The dark and light magic that fills these water and this land. This is the realest reality i have lived. No service for a week.. outside the matrix 4 hours deep on a boat into the jungle. It’s the most natural and organic environment. It heals. It soothes. It inspires. Madre selva changes all who know Her.

I can’t express enough how amazing this was. Everyone who feels it in their heart should make the effort to visit the lands where all water, all air, all life comes from.

Only love. Only God. Jungle. Pure life.
