Chantelle of soluna medicines and Freddy of Ayni Healing retreats invite you to a private yoga, huachuma, + kambo weekend retreat

We gather together to heal our hearts, clean our bodies, and practice the art of beautiful living. Alongside this huachuma (grandfather, cactus) medicine and kambo (frog medicine) we will heal, pray, share stories, make music, process emotions, clear stuck energy + pain in the body, connect to our ancestors, and move closer to wholeness. We our calling forth this circle to give community members a chance to commune with the extremely precious, loving gifts that are these sacraments. Together we return to right ways with mother earth and her beings. We come together in the name of remembering the ancient ways. We come to this altar to pray. We come to let go and restore. We come to listen and learn. We come for our self-realization, clearing of karma, and connection to the ancestors.

When? Friday, December 1 at 6pm to Sunday, December 3 at 12pm

Where? Held at a private home rental 20 minutes northeast of Worcester MA. Everyone will receive their own bed either in a private or a shared room -- beds + rooms are first come, first serve!

Who? Small group of 10 participants, Chantelle, Freddy, and 3 ceremony assistants (15 people in the space total). English & Spanish speakers welcome. Open to all genders and ages 18+

Below is a general outline of our weekend together. In-between activities there will be time for reflection, rest, food, music making, hiking, yoga, art making, spontaneous spiritual practice, and more. There is a 1.5 mile hiking / walking trail that begins only 3 minute down the road from our rental home!

Freddy will be serving and act as lead space holder for the huachuma ceremony. Chantelle will be serving and act as lead space holder for kambo.

Included with retreat is a thoughtful preparation email that will orient you on how to prepare your body, mind, and spirit to receive the most of the weekend. Please expect this email 3 weeks before we meet. Included with retreat is a 2-hour post ceremony GROUP integration call guided by Chantelle. There is also option to add 1:1 integration calls with Chantelle at an additional cost.

All meals, medicines, a bed in a dorm, music, guidance, and practices are included with registration.

Friday
6pm - 6:30pm : Arrival.
6:30pm : Opening circle.. working with sacred tobacco, sharing intentions, and prayers together.

8pm : Dinner

9pm : Unwind, connection, and bed

Saturday
7am - 8am : Wake up call / Prepare for Yoga

8am - 9:30am : Kundalini Yoga Session / Meditation

10am - 11am : We take our first dose of
Wachumishki and sit in silent meditation.

11am - 1pm : We monitor the effects of the first
dose, and can choose to take a second dose of
medicine

1am - 2pm : Sound Healing session (Shakers,
drums, rattles, triangle, singing bowls, flutes,
instruments are welcome).

2pm - 3pm : We will take an easy hike through
the forest to connect deeper to nature and
ourselves.

3pm - 5pm : We all share some Mambe (ground
coca leaf) , we honor the sweet word, and
everyone shares whatever they are feeling in
the moment.

5pm - 8pm : We are free to connect to our inner
child through the different mediums
provided. (Paint, Clay, Music) Or stay in the
circle and connect with the fire, music. This a
time for yourself.

8pm - 9pm : Drum circle and wind down

Sunday

7am - 7:20 : Silent group meditation

7:30am - 9:30am : Kambo ceremony

9:30 - 10am : Light breakfast

10am - 11:30am : Closing circle

11:30am - 12pm : Clean up & departure

All medicines and activities included with retreat are optional. We highly encourage you participate in all ceremonies and activities while also encouraging you to listen deeply to your body and needs during retreat.

Confirmation of registration will be sent within 48 hours of sending payment & completing the evaluation. If you register between Friday - Sunday you will receive confirmation Monday. Please add chantelle@solunamedicines.com to your email list.

The first payment is taken upon registration and any payment plan is automatically taken from your payment method every 2 weeks until you are paid in full.

All participants must register and submit a health screening.

You will see the health screening questions when you are sending in payment.

There are NO refunds on any payments sent in. The only exception is if you do not pass the health screening you will be refunded within 48 hours of registration. Freddy Larossa

of Ayni Healing Retreats

Freddy Larrosa started his spiritual path 8 years ago, with grandmother Ayahuasca. He has worked with many master plants, culminating with Grandfather Huachuma (San Pedro) which he learned to brew in the mountains of Ecuador. He heard the call to serve 2 years ago during the Covid outbreak, in an attempt to bring light into the world and an awakening in consciousness for his human family. He has worked under many teachers of different traditions across South America and incorporates all his studies along with his own intuitive learning directly from the plants to offer a unique and carefully curated experience into the heart. His musical expertise is a powerful tool in the healing process, he is a master of the drums, flutes and guitar among other instruments. His voice and chants which he channels directly from source carry an ancient wisdom that is present throughout his ceremonies. It is with deep respect for nature and its gifts that Freddy offers Huachuma with the intention to open the gates of heaven within and allow participants to see the beauty in themselves and all of creation. He offers an array of different cleansing (limpias) techniques to ensure the safety of the containers and all participants during ceremony. Freddy continues to learn from Grandfather spirit and various teachers to bring the best experience possible with a deeply heart-centered and compassionate approach.

Hello, sweet one. I’m Chantelle—friends call me Chan. I am a spiritual and emotional well-being teacher, medicine woman, and multimedia artist. Under the name soluna medicines I host retreats, mentorships, celebrations, artists experiences, kambo and plant medicine ceremonies, and a podcast. I consider myself a shepherd of the dawn. I find all who chose to engage with soluna medicines work to also be stewarding the new earth and remembering the old ways. I walk the Beauty way.. carrying teachings from time spent in Buddhist monasteries, kirtan trainings, gathering teachings while backpacking Peru - Mexico - Thailand - Nepal -- Colombia -- Costa Rica+, bio-regional herbalism apprenticeships, 1:1 work with medicine mentors, and more. I also hold a degree in Psychological & Brain Sciences from Boston University. In the summer of 2021 I completed an apprenticeship with ayahuasca where I helped facilitate over a dozen ceremonies, brew the medicine, learn how to sing & work healings in ceremony. I walk life devoted to love. I am always learning how to allow change, enjoy life, open my heart, follow my dharma, and play my role in healing my ancestry -- kind of like you.

REFUND POLICY

All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel before 2 weeks of the Friday of retreat you can transfer your spot to another soluna medicines retreat as they become available.. there is a ticket transfer fee. If you cancel within 2 weeks of retreat there is no refund or option for transfer. Thank you for understanding how much time and effort it takes to put on this retreat and respecting all parties involved.
